摘要
文章对二十个面包糕点样品的菌落总数按照国家标准GB/T4789.2-2010《食品安全国家标准微生物学检验菌落总数测定》[1]进行测定,并利用贝赛尔公式对其不确定度进行分析,按照对被测样品取对数后,利用合并样本求标准差的方法,求检测样品的不确定度,给出不确定度,真实反映测定的置信度和准确度。并由此得出结论:被测样品的菌落总数(二十个样品测量平均值)取值区间在[X-0.0469,X+0.0469]之间。
The paper on the twenty cakes and bread samples of colony count in accordance with the national standard GB/T4789.2-2010 'national food safety standard microbiological examination of'[1] was measured by using the Beckinsale formula,and the uncertainty analysis,according to the sample to be tested after taking logarithm,using a combined sample and the standard deviation of the method,seek testing sample of uncertainty,the given uncertainty,reflect the determination of confidence and accuracy.Thus it draws a conclusion: the tested sample the total number of colonies(twenty measurements of the sample average value) value in [-0.0469,+0.0469].
