摘要
为培养学生综合素质、提高学生实践能力、激发学生创新能力,笔者对生物化学实验进行大胆的探索,开设了"碱性磷酸酶的提取分离和测定其活力及Km值"综合性实验,取得良好的教学效果。并对就如何开设好生物化学综合性实验提出了几点看法。
To cultivate allover quality of students,improve their practical ability and stimulate their innovation ability.An all-around research program called 'The extraction and separation of the alkaline phosphatase activity assay and determination of energometry of enzyme and the Km values'.Significanteffects in teachering was obtained,and some opinions are expatiated on comprehensive experiments.
