硝化反应釜的三维建模与动画软件的设计

摘要 文章以Solidworks为工具,建立了化学制药领域常用设备硝化反应釜的三维模型,并在此基础上,进行了动画软件的设计。本软件主要应用于大学课堂教学的演示过程,在我国虽然也有一些动画演示软件在课题教学中进行了应用,但应用工业上常用的大型软件进行制作的还比较少见,文章在此方面进行了一定的探索。通过教学实践的检验,本软件得到了教师和同学们的认可,虽然还有待遇进一步完善,但在丰富教学方法的方面,还是取得了一定的效果,具有一定的积极意义。 Solidworks as a tool,the establishment of a chemical commonly used in the field device digestive reaction Kettle three-dimensional model,and,on that basis,design of animation software.This software is mainly used during the presentation in college classroom teaching,although there are also some animation in our country demonstrates software application in the teaching of subjects,commonly used on industrial production of large software application but also not uncommon,the paper has a certain amount of exploration in this regard.Through the teaching practice of inspection,this software has been endorsed by the teachers and the students,although there are further refined for the treatment,but rich in teaching methods,is to achieve a certain effect,has a positive meaning.
