摘要
依照欧盟(英国标准)检测方法 BS EN1186:9-2002与食品接触材料——塑料部分——第九部分:填充法测量水性食品模拟液中总迁移量的方法,对分析样品进行预处理,建立总迁移量测量其所引入的不确定度数学模型。通过分析样品处理过程、测定过程中各种不确定度的来源,并量化计算各不确定分量,合成总不确定度。不确定度测试结果为:相对标准不确定度为0.41 mg/dm2,扩展不确定度为0.82mg/dm2(k=2)。
Sample pretreatment and analysis were performed according to BS EN1186:9-2002 'Materials and articles in contact with foodstuffs—Plastics—Part 9:Test methods for overall migration into aqueous food stimulants by article filling' to establish mathematical model to develop uncertainty evaluation for the determination.Each uncertainty component was calculated by analyzing the source of uncertainty generated during the determination steps.And the result of uncertainty was showed that the relative standard uncertainty was 0.41 mg /dm2,and the expanded uncertainty was 0.82 mg/dm2(k=2).
