摘要
以沥青基炭纤维(PCF)为原料,用水蒸气活化,对活化温度、活化时间、水蒸气量等条件进行考察,确定了制备PACF的最佳工艺条件,通过与黏胶基炭纤维的活化收率、碘吸附和比表面积进行表征对比,结果表明,在一定条件下制备的PACF,有着较高的收率、较大碘吸附值和比表面积,并主要以微孔为主,对乙醚、丁酮、CCl4等气体有较好的吸附性能。
Take the Pitch Based Carbon Fiber(PCF) as the raw material,using the steam to activate,to examine the activation temperature,activation time,the amount of water vapor and other conditions to determine the optimum conditions of the preparation of PACF,compare with the viscose based carbon fibers activation yield,iodine adsorption,and specific surface area,it showed that the PACF which prepared under certain conditions had a higher recovery rate,a larger value of the iodine adsorption and the specific surface area,and primarily was a microporous,it had a good adsorption properties for diethyl ether,methyl ethyl ketone,CCl4 and other gas.
