甘肃省综合用水效率控制红线分析

Control-red-line analysis of water-consume efficiency in Gansu Province

以近10 a全省及各地区国民经济发展和用水量基础资料为依据,采用阶段趋势分析法和时间序列分析法,分析人均综合用水量和万元GDP用水量的变化趋势,提出了全省及各地区到2015年综合用水效率红线控制指标值。结果表明:到2015年,全省万元GDP用水量将由2010年的303 m3下降到220 m3以下,下降幅度达27.3%,能够基本实现国家分解给甘肃省的控制指标目标。

Based on the information of regional and national economy development and water consume,by using the stage-trend analysis and time-series analysis,the average water consume amount per person and 10 000Yuan-GDP water-consume trend are analyzed for recent 10 years.We show index of the control-red-line of the general water-consume efficiency till 2015.Our results indicate that the 10 000 Yuan-GDP decreases 27.3% from 2010 to 2015,that is,from 303 m3 to below 220 m3.It basically fulfills the target amount that assigned to Gansu by the government.
