我国城乡一体化发展的问题与对策研究

Study on Problems and Countermeasures of Chinese Urban-Rural Integration

推进城乡一体化发展是我国实现区域经济社会均衡化发展,全面推进新农村建设的关键环节。文章在归纳城乡一体化内涵与特点的基础上,从城乡居民收入消费水平差距、社会事业发展水平差距、农民工城市化困境三个方面,分析当前我国城乡一体化发展进程中存在的突出问题,并从加快城乡发展规划一体化建设、大力发展现代农业、完善农村土地流转制度、加强社会保障体系和农村基础设施建设等五个方面提出建议。

The development of urban-rural integration is the key point for the balanced development of regional economy and promotion of new countryside construction. Based on the understanding of urban-rural integration's connotation and characteristics, this paper analyzed some salient problems existed in the process of the development of urban-rural integration from income and consumption level, development of social undertaking, and the plight of migrant workers. Finally, we also put forward five strategic countermeasures from integration construction of development plan, development of modern agriculture, improvement of rural land transfer system, construction of social security system and rural infrastructures.
