农民视野下的集体产权——来自陕西姚官村的调查

Collective Property Rights From Perspective of Farmers —— Based on Village Survey of Shaanxi Province

农村的集体产权关系到农业发展、农民生活改善和农村繁荣。通过对陕西关中一村庄的实际调查,从农民的视角来认识集体产权问题,发现集体产权在农民的视野中不仅是"一束权利",更是"一束动态的利益关系",这束关系缺乏稳定性、名实不符,同时蕴含了非物质的利益关系等特征。在推进农村经济发展,提高集体产权配置时,应该考虑这一关键点。

The paper discussed the problems of collective property rights from the perspective of farmers, based on a rural actual survey of GuanZhong in Shaanxi Province. The research found that the collective property rights were not only 'a bunch of rights', but also 'a bunch of dynamic relationships of interests' from the perspective of the famers. They were lack of stability, not actuality and contained the characteristics of immaterial interests at the same time. Accordingly, we must consider this key factor in promoting economic development of the rural and improving the configuration of the collective property rights.
