急性肾衰竭患者血浆中D-D临床意义研究

The clinical significance of the D-dimerization in the plasma of patients with acute renal failure

目的:研究急性肾衰竭患者血浆中D-二聚体的动态变化。方法:急性肾衰竭患者50例,测定血浆中D-D含量,比较急性肾衰患者与对照组D-D含量的差异。结果:急性肾衰患者D-D含量较对照组明显升高(t=6.20,P<0.01)。结论:急性肾衰竭时患者体内存在凝血纤溶系统的紊乱,D-D可以敏感地反映患者体内凝血纤溶系统的异常改变,可以作为检测指标应用于临床。

Objective:To study the dynamic changes of the D-dimer in the plasma of patients with acute renal failure.Methods:50 cases of acute renal failure patients,determination of plasma D-D levels,comparison of acute renal failure patients and control group D-D content differences.Results: Acute renal failure in patients with D-D content than the control group was significantly increased(t=6.20,P<0.01).Conclusion: Acute renal failure in patients in vivo coagulation and fibrinolysis system disorders,D-D sensitive to reflect vivo in patients with abnormal coagulation and fibrinolysis system change can be used clinically as a detection index.
