高职大学生顶岗实习期间职业道德的现状与对策研究——以重庆水利电力职业技术学院毕业生为例

Current Situation and Solutions Research about the Professional Ethics of the Vocational College Students in Work Full Time for Training——As an Example of Graduates from Chongqing Water Resources and Electric Engineering College

顶岗实习是实现高职人才培养目标的关键教学环节,是推行工学结合、校企合作人才培养模式的有效方式。但高职大学生在顶岗实习期间的职业道德现状不容乐观,严重影响了其整体素质。因此,高职学院应与实习单位沟通合作,从理论到实践加强高职学生职业道德素质教育的连续性,提高其职业道德修养,为社会培养出高层次应用性人才。

Working full time for training is the key teaching link to achieve higher vocational talents training target and is the effective way to implement combining the school-enterprise cooperation of talent training mode.But the current situation of the professional ethics about the vocational college students for working training isn't optimistic,and affects seriously the whole quality.Therefore,the vocational colleges should communicate and cooperate with training comparnies,strengthen the continuity of students' professional ethics quality education from theory to practice,and improve the professional ethics culture to cultivate the high practical talents for society.
