摘要
从国际比较看,中国高校扩招是顺应世界潮流、满足人民愿望、提高人口素质、缓解就业压力的正确之举。扩招还应该继续同时注意保障质量,其关键是降低生师比到16以下,最好能到14以下;提倡选修课以适应学生与社会需求,限制周学时以保证学生能够学好,并实行宽进严出等。
The expand enrollment of higher education in China from 1999 is a right act for fulfill the people's willing,lift the elementary of persons,and reduce the pressure of employment.According to international comparisons,the author pointed out that the expand enrollment of higher education in China should be continue and the quality guarantee should be hold.The key is reduce student/teacher ratio under 16,even 14;let students choose the course themselves;limited the highest lessons under 25/week;and tight the examination in higher education.
