This paper analyzes the influences of applying modern educational theory to primary and secondary schools on teachers' personal teaching efficiency.The aim is to improve the sense of teaching efficiency in primary and secondary school and to improve teachers' professional quality.To change idea,improve knowledge,reconstruct knowledge,accelerate progress,self regulate,enhance confidence,improve teachers' personal teaching efficiency is the important measure.
