张家口坝上湿地保护对策

Protection Countermeasure of Wetland in Bashang Area of Zhangjiakou City

针对张家口坝上湿地生态退化严重的现状,通过对区域湿地自然环境和社会经济发展特点及退化机制的分析,提出了按流域保护、湿地保护与区域生态建设相结合、生态保护与社会经济发展相协调等保护原则;建议制定全面的、可持续的生态恢复规划,重点恢复与建设自然植被和水源涵养体系,调整产业结构和培育新型经济产业,加强水资源的管理和加大区域自然保护力度等保护对策.

The study of the background of wetland degradation in Bashang area of Zhangjiakou city,the characteristics of natural environment,social economy and degradation mechanism were analyzed.The following principles were proposed,watershed protection,combination of wetland protection and eco-environment construction,combination of ecological protection and social economic construction.The following specific protection measures were also suggested,comprehensive and sustainable ecological planning,restoration of natural vegetation and water conservation function,adjusting industrial structure,strengthening management of water resource and natural environment.
