摘要
由PC、PLC、变频器和轴编码器构建交流闭环变频调速系统:PLC运用PID闭环控制变频调速,PC基于组态软件实现远程监控。采用PC和PLC构成上、下位机联合控制,可实现工业级的控制可靠且监控便利的综合自动化系统。
The PC,PLC,inverter and shaft PG were employed to constitute the AC closed loop frequency control system,in which,the PLC controls the frequency with PID closed loop and PC realizes a remote control based on the configuration software.The host PC and slave PLC joint control can realize an industrial integrated auto-control system which boasting of reliable control and convenient monitoring.
