摘要
环模成型机的关键部件是环模模孔,模孔易变形失效,需要经常更换,成为制约其产业化进程的瓶颈。利用应变式传感器测出不同结构参数的模具上各个测试点的应变值,通过力学变换计算出物料对模具壁上这些点的正压力和摩擦力,确定模具的压力分布规律。利用传感器技术测试模孔的力学特性可以为设计强度高、寿命长的模孔提供理论依据,加快生物质固化成型产业化进程。
The easily-deformed loop-die's die hole becomes the bottleneck of industrialization process.The strain sensors were used to detect strain value of each test point on the mould with different structural parameters and then,the mechanical transform was taken to calculate positive pressure and friction of these points so that the pressure distribution inside the model can be determined.The mechanical properties detected with sensor technology can provide the theoretical basis for die hole design with high strength and long service life,this can speed up the biomass briquetting industrialization process.
