游梁式抽油机变频控制研究与仿真

摘要 对游梁式抽油机的工作原理和系统设计进行了研究。根据异步电机的负载变化,改变抽油机的冲程次数,从而达到智能控制的目的。主要运用集成电路HEF4752作为主控制芯片,它产生的三相SPWM信号经隔离放大后驱动三相逆变器,使之输出正弦电压波形,实现抽油机的电动机变频调速。并通过MATLAB/SIMULINK进行仿真,取得了满意的效果。 The working principle,the system design and the simulation of beam pumping unit were analyzed,and the intelligent control was achieved according to the asynchronous motor's load change and the frequency of beam unit's stroke.The SPWM signals generated by HEF4752 integrated chip there can be isolated and amplified to drive the 3-phase inverter so that the sinusoidal voltage waveform can be output,and the oil pumper's motor speed regulation can be implemented.Simulation with MATLAB/SIMULINK proves its good effect as required.
