摘要
阐述半导体激光吸收光谱技术的原理,激光气体分析仪的结构和性能特点,以及激光气体分析仪在重油催化裂化再生烟气测量中的实际应用。投运结果表明:该分析仪能较好地满足重油催化裂化再生烟气组分分析的需求。
The diode laser absorption spectroscopy(DLAS ) and the configuration and performance of laser gas analyzer were expounded,including its application in RFCC regeneration flue gas measurement.The application results prove its effectiveness in analyzing RFCC flue gas components.
