摘要
在已有热油管道稳态优化模型的基础上,结合码头的实际运行情况,对热油管道的各个流量运行区间的平均输油单位电耗进行计算,分析得到各流量区间中最优泵组合运行方案,利用线性规划的基本理论计算了输油现场每天的最佳调度方案,开发了码头的节能优化系统。
Basing on the steady-state optimization model for the crude oil pipelines and considering the pier' s actual circumstances,the power consumption per oil unit of each flow in the crude oil pipeline was calculated and the optimal pump combinations for each flow were analyzed,including the daily optimal scheduling scheme and the development of the pier' s energy saving system.
