摘要
提出了一种基于光纤光栅传感技术的管道应力监测系统,在分析硬件和软件两大系统组成的基础上,开发了基于应力在线预警和离线数据统计相结合的综合分析方法。重点介绍了在线预警软件的功能及关键参数设置方法,离线评估软件将实时保存的文本数据文件转换为SQL Server数据库,并具有曲线显示、统计分析等功能模块。系统能够实现管道运行时全天候实时监测及后续趋势分析等要求,可推广应用到其他重要结构的应力在线监测。
A pipeline stress monitoring system which based on fiber Bragg grating sensors was proposed,including the comprehensive analysis method which having on-line precaution combined with off-line evaluation on the basis of analyzing hardware and software compositions,as well as the function and setting method for key parameters of the precaution online software.The real-time saved text-data files can be converted to SQL Server database through off-line evaluation software which having curve display and statistical analysis modules. The presented system can meet the requirements for all-weather and real-time pipeline monitoring and subsequent trend analysis,it can be widely applied to online stress monitoring of other critical structures.
