摘要 以SMPT-1000蒸发器单元为被控对象,分析其工艺流程、动态特性和控制要求,设计了蒸发器温度、液位和产品浓度的控制方案。通过现场实施,实现了控制系统从冷态的全自动开车。投产后,蒸发器液位、温度及产品浓度等指标均满足生产要求。 Taking SMPT-1000 evaporator unit as controlled object,its technological process,dynamic characteristics and control requirements were analyzed so as to have control scheme for evaporator's temperature,level and product concentration designed.The application in practice shows that this system can automatically start from cold state,and the evaporator's level,temperature and product concentration can meet technological requirements.
