摘要
电石炉电极升降控制系统是利用电弧电流的设定值与实际值比较来自动调节,当设定值大于实际值时,电极上升;反之下降,最终达到平衡点进行稳弧冶炼。开发了基于PC/104的电石炉炉台控制软、硬件系统,通过VB编程实现电石炉炉台的自动控制。
Considering the fact that electrode's lift control system for calcium carbide furnaces automatically works through comparing arc current settings with actual values;the electrode goes up while the setting value becomes greater than actual value,otherwise,it goes down so that arc smelting process can be implemented at the balance point reached,a PC/104-based control system was developed to realize auto-control of calcium carbide furnaces through VB programming.
