摘要
以某火电厂的脱硫控制系统工程为背景,采用EDPF-NT+系统,实现脱硫工艺的自动控制。首先介绍脱硫系统的工艺流程和该工程的几大系统,DCS的配置和功能,以及主要控制回路的设计与实现方案。重点介绍采用顺序控制系统和模拟量控制系统设计脱硫控制系统逻辑功能的方法。实践证明:该系统的逻辑设计满足系统要求,增加了系统的安全性和可靠性。
Based on desulfurization in a thermal power plant,the EDPF-NT+ system was employed to implement the auto-control;and the desulfurization process and both sequence control system(SCS)and analog control system(MCS)concerned were introduced,including DCS configuration,feature and control loop design and implementation.Application in practice proves the success of logical design in meeting requirements and enhancing system security and reliability.
