基于PHD的炼化装置开停工远程监测方法

摘要 为使总部级管理人员及时掌握各地区炼化企业装置的运行情况,提高生产指挥调度的效率,提出了基于PHD实时数据库的装置开、停工远程监测新方法。该方法以PHD数据库中装置主进料流量监测值为主判断依据,以OM模块偏差计算为辅助判断依据,并结合数据置信度对监测位号故障、地区公司Buffer PHD中断进行判断,实现了在复杂数据采集情况下对装置开、停状态的远程监测。 A PHD-based method for monitoring both start-up and shut-down of refining and chemical equipment was presented to help managers control equipment situation in petrochemical enterprises throughout China and to improve production scheduling efficiency.The method takes monitoring values of the main feed flow as the major basis for judgment and takes deviation calculation of OM module as the auxiliary base,and meanwhile,it combines with the confidence of values to identify monitoring point and Buffer PHD of local enterprise so as to have remote monitoring of the equipment in complicated cases implemented.
