摘要
研究ARM体系微控制器实现PLC的方法,介绍控制器硬件设计的要点、结构组成和工作原理,分析了编译型和解释型组态程序解析方法的优、缺点。并以梯形图和语句表为例,介绍解释型用户程序的解析过程、寄存器分配和指令编码格式设置原则,以及解析软件的设计方法。
The method to realize PLC based on ARM micro-controller was proposed;and the controller's hardware design,structure and working principle were presented,including the advantage and disadvantage of analysis methods for compiled and interpreted configuration program in PLC implementation,meanwhile,the ladder diagram and instruction list were taken as examples to demonstrate the parsing process of user program,the register's distribution principle,instruction coding format and the analysis software design.
