摘要 本文在分析了当前校企合作改革办学模式、教学模式、培养模式和评价模式的基础上,通过创新职业教育应用能力的课程理论,逐渐探索出一套行之有效的教学模式——"引领"教学模式,其主要特色是以学习领域课程理论为基础,以企业参与制订学校人才培养计划和课程内容为特色,以企业合作作为教学实践的组织形式,同时融合网上异步教学理念。引领式教学模式强调教师引领、学员互动和过程评价,它既注重培养学生的专业能力,也加强职业教育课程在校企合作中的创新与实践,更加重视学习方法和社会能力的培养。 Based on the analysis of the current school-running innovative mode of school-enterprise cooperation, teaching mode, training mode and evaluation mode, and from the curriculum theory on practical capacity of innovative vocational education, an effective teaching mode,“leading teaching mode” has been explored, with the characteristics of the curriculum theory of the field as the basis, talent training plan by school -enterprise cooperation as the main curriculum structure, and the cooperative enterprise as the main organizational form, which constitute the integrative new teaching system of theory and practice along with asynchronous online teaching concept. Leading teaching platform emphasizes teacher leading, student interaction, and process evaluation, not only focusing on training professional skills, but also strengthening the innovation and practice for the curriculum of vocational education of school-enterprise cooperation. Compared with the traditional teaching method, this mode focuses more on the training of method ability and social ability.
