摘要
在当前社会转型期,对天津市教师的教学观进行调查,结果显示:在传授知识、应付考试、发展能力、端正态度、教书育人五个维度方面,天津市中学教师普遍认同互动发展式教学观;对于单向灌输式教学观的认同处于临界状态;在任课科别、教龄、学历层面,教师的教学观存在着差异。需要采取有效措施,引领教师教学观的转变,优化教师的专业知识结构,开展继续教育,不断提升教师的专业化水平。
A survey has been done among teachers of Tianjin secondary schools regarding their teaching conception during current social transformation period.The survey is focused on the following five aspects: teaching knowledge,completing tasks of examination,developing abilities,adjusting learning attitudes,and imparting knowledge and educating people.The survey shows that most teachers of Tianjin secondary schools consent to the interactive teaching method,but the acceptance ratio of the one-way feeding teaching method is at a critical point.Teachers' teaching conception differs where factors change,such as subjects they teach,years of their teaching experience and their educational background.Some effective measures should be taken to direct the change of their teaching conception,optimize the teachers' professional knowledge structure and develop continuing education in order to improve teachers' professional quality.
