基于全球化视角反思全球失衡的根源

Reflection on the Root of Global Imbalances from the Perspective of Globalization

全球化是人类社会向前发展的必然趋势,是一种社会制度形态得以实现的表现形式或工具。资本主义生产方式的确立是其真实的起点,当前现实的全球化是资本主义生产方式的内在客观要求,是资本主义、帝国主义主导的全球化,直接导致了当前全球失衡的严重后果,因此,从一开始就受到了反全球化的抗争和抵制。究其实质,乃是以美国为首的帝国主义为了维持美元霸权,以便对经济落后国家和地区推行新殖民主义的漂亮外衣。因此,当今全球失衡的根源乃是基于维护美元霸权的以美元本位为中心的国际货币体系。要想彻底摆脱全球失衡的困境,必须废除当前以美元本位为中心的极不合理的国际货币体系,并最终实现和谐世界的社会主义乃至共产主义全球化。

Globalization is the inevitable trend of the development of human society and is a form or tool to achieve a kind of social system.The establishment of capitalist mode of production is the real starting point.The current globalization,led by capitalism and imperialism,is the internal requirements of capitalist mode of production,which leads to the serious consequences of the current global imbalances.Therefore,from the beginning,current globalization is protested and boycotted by anti-globalization.In essence,it is a beautiful coat that US-dominant imperialism maintains the hegemony of US dollar so that they carry out the new colonialism for developing countries and areas.Therefore,today's root of global imbalances is the US dollar-dominant international monetary system that maintains the hegemony of US dollar.To get rid of the dilemma of global imbalances must abolish unreasonable US dollar-centred international monetary system,and finally realize the harmonious world's globalization of socialism and communism.
