摘要
我国土地市场建设和发展已经走过三十多年,其中既取得了巨大成就,积累了丰富经验,同时也遗存着不少困扰实践和理论的尚未解决的问题。文章在总结改革开放以来我国土地市场建设经历的发展阶段和基本经验基础上,提出土地市场建设和发展需要解决的关键问题。
China's land market construction has developed for over 30 years,in this process,we have made great achievements and gained rich experience,but there are many open questions of theory and practice.In this article,we summarized the development stages and basic experience of land market construction since the reform and opening up.Based on above,we put forward key issues to be resolved of China's land market construction.
