A Reflection and Countermeasures on the Passive Urbanization About Farmers

在中国快速城市化的进程中,某些地方政府不顾城市化发展的内在规律以及农民的意愿,推动农民被动地城市化,引发了一系列突出的问题。因此,需要理性地反思农民被动城市化问题,科学地做出应对。这就要合理的选择中国的城市化道路;坚持以人为本,切实维护农民的自主选择权;完善相关制度建设,合理推动农民向市民的转化。

With the rapid development of urbanization in China,some local governments launch passive urbanization movement without any consideration of the laws of nature of urbanization and the wishes of farmers,which trigger a series of problems under the transcendent thinking of urbanization.So,in order to effectively deal with the passive urbanization,urbanization logically should be accelerated.That is,a sensible approach of China urbanization should be selected,the viewpoint of people-oriented should be insisted, and effectively safeguarding the option of farmers,and the relevant system of laws and regulations should be perfected so as to transform peasants into citizens in the proper way.
