摘要
劳务派遣是一种特殊的用工形式,它满足了灵活多样的用人需求,拓宽了就业渠道。劳务派遣机构管理混乱,管理水平低;法律制度不完善,监管乏力;被派遣劳动者权益难以保障是当前制约我国劳务派遣发展的主要因素。文章认为,应通过建立健全法规制度、提高劳务派遣机构市场准入门槛、规范劳务派遣机构管理、强化监管水平等措施促进劳务派遣健康持续发展。
The labor dispatch is a kind of special form of employment.it meets the flexible employment needs and broadens employment channels.There are still many problems,such as weak management of labor-sending agencies,low management level, imperfect legal system,inadequate supervision,lack of protection on the dispatch workers' rights.The paper considers that we should establish a sound regulatory system,improve the market access of the labor-sending agencies,standardize labor dispatch agencies management,and strengthen the regulatory standards and other measures,so as to promote labor dispatch a sustainable development.
