基于全程物流成本的制盐企业布局探讨

On the Overall Arrangements of Salt Manufacturing Enterprises Based on Logistics Cost

文章针对制盐企业布局影响的因素进行分析探讨,提出了以物流成本进行布局分析的层次结构模型,采用AHP方法把影响制盐企业布局的定性和定量因素相结合,减少人为随意因素干扰,使制盐企业布局分析科学合理化,并分析了制盐企业的布局对策。

The paper analyzes and discusses the factors of the layouts about the salt manufacturing enterprises,puts forward the hierarchical structure model based on the logistics cost;and it puts to use the method of AHP to combine the qualitative and quantitative influencing factors and decreases the disturb of man-made factors in order to the rationalization of layout of salt manufacturing.Finally,it analyzes the countermeasure of salt manufacture enterprise for overall arrangement.
