浅析集团公司的薪酬制度改革

摘要 分析某农业集团公司薪酬制度和人力资源结构,发现统一的薪酬制度不适应集团多元化发展,薪酬制度的外部公平性和内部公平性均存在不足,绩效工资激励强度不均匀、效度低下,福利的激励功能没有在核心员工身上得到有效体现,薪酬制度体系基础薄弱。薪酬改革要与集团发展战略相匹配,需要人力资源管理系统改革相配合。要建立分类管理的薪酬制度,以总部员工薪酬制度改革为突破点推动改革的深化。 By analyzing the Compensation System reform of one Agricultural Group and its structure of human resources,the author finds out that the unified Compensation System cannot adapt to the diversified development of the Group.There are limitations in both the external equity and the internal equity of the Compensation System.The incentive intensity of the performance-based pay is unevenly and of low efficiency.The incentive function of the welfare has not effectively shown in the core staff.The Compensation System has weak foundation.To match the salary reform with the development strategy of the Group,we should coordinate the reform of human resources management system accordingly.We should establish the classification management of the Compensation System and take the Compensation System reform of all the staff at the headquarters as the breakthrough point,so as to further promote the reform.
