基于“刘易斯拐点”的“用工荒”与大学生就业难问题研究

Challenges of University Students Hunting Jobs Based on Lewis Turning-points and Labor Shortage

通过相关统计数据分析,可以得到我国经济发展阶段已经达到或接近了刘易斯拐点,已出现用工荒和就业难的困境。通过运用劳动经济学相关知识和"刘易斯拐点"对"用工荒"这一大背景的研究,进而对于企业用工荒和大学生就业难这两个矛盾出现的深层次原因进行探讨,并找出其内在规律和解决的措施。

The stage of China economic development is reached Lewis turning-point,which means labor shortage and employment issues appear in society,through a large amount of data analysis.In this research,firstly,it will explore labor shortage issues based on Lewis turning-point and related labor economics studies;secondly,it will deep analysis the contradictions and reasons that caused labor shortage and low employment rate of university graduate students in society;finally,it will analyze the pattern of labor shortage and employment issues in order the find out methods to solve the issues.
