摘要
我国当前经济适用房需求量大、资金短缺,文章设想了将PPP模式应用于经济适用房项目的运作方式及政策建议,并基于博弈分析法对其可行性和收益分配方式进行了研究,以期促进经济适用房的建造。
In order to solve the problem of great demand and funds shortage on the economic application of the housing,the author design a function mode of PPP model used in the economic application of the housing,and discusses it's feasibility and income distribution mode based on game analysis so as to promote building the economic application of the housing.
