Agile Optimization of the Construction Enterprise Based on Core Competence

敏捷竞争理念在制造业中的研究与应用已经比较深入,同样对建筑业也具有借鉴和指导意义。而要实现敏捷竞争,建筑企业首先应该拥有和确定核心竞争能力,建筑企业核心能力的现实基石是企业核心建设过程。文章根据敏捷竞争理念和组建敏捷动态联盟对建筑企业核心竞争能力及对应核心建设过程的敏捷化要求,主要阐述了建筑企业核心建设过程的识别与描述,根据建筑企业核心建设过程的敏捷优化目标,提出了建筑企业核心建设过程的敏捷优化措施方法。

Agile competition theory has been deeply explored and applied in manufacture industry.Also,the theory could instruct and be used for reference to construction industry.Construction enterprise has to determine and owned its core competence,then the core competence is based on its core construction process.According to the agile competition theory and the request for organization construction enterprise agile dynamic alliance,such as enterprise core competence and corresponding core construction process organization.The paper mainly elaborated on the construction enterprises core process identification and its agile optimization objective,then agile optimization strategies were presented for the core construction process.
