摘要
首都经济圈相继列入北京市、河北省的"十二五"规划,并上升为国家战略,凸显了其重要性。为了推进京津冀区域金融合作,文章提出应该明确政府引导、市场主导的合作原则,共同制定区域合作规划,把金融合作放在京津冀经济社会一体化的大背景下,寻找各方利益的协调点。并且认为,区域金融合作的突破口是银行结算服务,核心内容是资金的跨地域市场化流动。
The capital economic region have been included in the Beijing,Hebei Province in the 12th five-year plan,and rose to national strategies,highlighted its importance.In order to promote financial cooperation in the Jing-jin-ji Zone,We should clear government guidance,market leading principle of cooperation,Joint development of regional cooperation programs.And in the Jing-jin-ji economic and social integration of the background,we have to look for focal points of interests.The breakthrough in regional financial cooperation is bank clearing and settlement services,the core content is capital border-crossing marketization flow.
