The Human's Free Development is the Most Important Premise in the Economic Development

人的发展与经济发展是相辅相成的。因此,在经济发展的过程中如何促进人的全面自由发展,如何促进实现经济发展与人的自由发展的相互协调,是理论研究工作者要攻克的首要问题。文章认为,经济发展中要保障人的全面自由发展,需要坚持人性与经济发展的可持续发展路径、建立知识共享的科学体系和进行劳动力市场制度改革。

The development of the people and the economic development cannot be separated from each other.Therefore,the prior issue for the researchers is to analyze how to promote the human's free development and how to coordinate the relationship between economic development and human's free development.This paper considers that in the economic development we should ensure the human free and overall development,need to find the way to sustainable development,establish a scientific system for knowledge share and carry out the reform of labor market.
