江苏战略性新兴产业发展态势分析——论钕铁硼稀土永磁材料产业的发展

Analysis on Development Trend of Strategic Emerging Industries in Jiangsu Province——The Development of Nd-Fe-B Rare-earth Permanent Maqnet

稀土永磁材料是国家战略性新兴产业,它是支撑整个绿色能源产业的核心功能材料,而江苏在这方面的发展非常薄弱。文章力图针对稀土永磁材料产业在现代新经济中的重要作用做出较系统的探索与研究,对江苏省战略性新兴产业——稀土永磁材料产业发展的机遇及存在的问题进行探讨,结合稀土永磁材料在风电产业等新能源领域中的应用前景,提出了营造良好的投资环境、构建技术支撑平台、发展融资保障体系和推进稀土永磁材料基地建设待对策建议。

Nd-Fe-B Rare-earth permanent magnet(REPM) material is the core of the functional materials to support the whole green energy industry,nevertheless,its development in Jiangsu area is very weak.This paper explores the problems and opportunities of Jiangsu Province in the development of the REPM materials industry.Based on the application prospect of REPM in the wind power industry as well as the new energy fields,the development ideas and suggestions were proposed.
