The Structure of Trade Remedy Information System and the Improvement of Trade Remedy Information System in China

贸易救济信息系统的架构应该包括前期的预警机制、中期的运行决策机制和后续的跟踪机制。目前中国的产业预警机制尚有不足,贸易救济跟踪机制的工作模式还比较落后,还没有建立贸易救济的中期运行决策机制,因此,需要进一步完善贸易救济预警机制、开发贸易救济中期决策机制、升级改造贸易救济后续跟踪机制。

The structure of trade remedy information system should include early warning mechanism,medium-term follow-up operation decision-making mechanism and tracking mechanism.At present,China's industry early warning mechanism is still inadequate.The mechanism of trade remedy tracking mode is also fallen behind.China has not set up the interim operation of trade remedy decision-making mechanism.Therefore,we need to further improve the trade remedy information system.
