摘要
天使投资是个人或家庭以其私有资本对技术项目或初创企业进行的权益资本投资,是一种民间投资方式。我国天使投资总体规模小,整体投资环境不佳,制约了天使投资在我国的发展。文章从政府作用、法律法规、税收优惠及财政扶持等方面,对如何推动我国天使投资市场的健康发展等问题提出了建议。
Angel investment is a kind of capital investment that individual or family invests on the technical project or the enterprise at its initial stage for future benefit.The scale of angel investment in China is small and the environment for investment is still not good,which constraint the development of angel investment in China.This paper proposes some suggestions for the healthy development of angel investment in China from the aspects of government role,law,tax policies and financial support.
