“整合”概念的内涵与外延及其理论研究视角

The Analysis on Concept of Integration and Its Theoretical Perspectives

自从Follett提出"整合"概念以来,对"整合"有多个定义和解释,研究中所基于的理论视角也有多个。文章在现有文献的基础上,尝试从外部整合与内部整合澄清其内涵和外延,并梳理各种理论支持。结果发现:"整合"的内涵被分别界定为组织对外扩张、拓宽边界以及实现组织内部的协调与合作,外延则分别包括横纵向整合以及公司内部整合、并购后整合;围绕"整合"展开研究的理论视角既有企业理论和产业组织理论,也有企业管理理论。

Since Follett put forward the concept of 'Integration',there are many definitions and explanations on the concept based on several theoretical perspectives.This study tries to clear up the intension and extension of integration from internal and external aspects and summarizes the theories for its research on the basis of existing literatures.The findings show that the intension of integration is defined as expanding the boundary of enterprise and achieving coordination as well as cooperation in organization.The extension of integration includes vertical & horizontal integration and internal integration & post merge integration.On the theoretical perspectives in the research on integration,it includes the theory of the firm,the theory of industrial organization and the theory of management.
