摘要
如何实现我国金融资产管理公司的顺利转型是当前一项重要的金融课题。文章首先对我国金融资产管理公司的相关背景情况进行了介绍,对金融资产管理公司转型的国际经验进行了归纳分析,然后对我国金融资产管理公司转型的探索现状及关键问题进行了探讨,最后提出了相应的政策建议。
