论企业初次分配中的公平与效率兼顾问题——基于企业治理模式的视角

摘要 近年来,我国收入差距不断拉大,分配的两极化问题越来越严重。在微观企业层面上,很重要的原因之一在于,我国企业长期受英美新自由主义思潮的影响,奉行"股东至上主义"的企业治理模式,导致初次分配中的资本收益与劳动收益失衡问题日益严重。因此,当前的初次分配制度改革中,我国企业应适时转变"股东至上主义"的企业治理模式为"利益相关者"治理模式,特别是劳动者作为企业的重要利益相关者应当拥有企业的治理权利,只有这样才能实现企业初次分配的公平与效率的兼顾。 In recent years,the income gap is widening and the polarization of distribution has raise in China.The reason of that,in the micro-aspect of enterprise,is that our enterprises had been acting on the management mode of shareholder primacy,affected by the new liberalism in Britain and United States in the long-term,and imbalance between capital gains and labor income is getting more and more serious in the primary distribution.Therefore,in the current primary distribution system reform,our country's enterprises should timely transform mode of shareholder primacy to mode of stakeholder governance.And especially employees,as one of important enterprise stakeholders,should have governance rights.Only in this way,the balance of efficiency and fairness in the enterprise primary distribution can be realized.
