摘要
根据红葡萄酒中花青素的化学性质以及合成色素的特点,对快速定性检验红葡萄酒中合成色素的方法进行了研究.实验制备了碳酸钠、氢氧化钠、醋酸铅试纸,并用于红葡萄酒中合成色素的检测,取得了满意的结果.该方法简便、快速、成本耗费低,是一种检测红葡萄酒中添加合成色素的较好方法.
According to red wine anthocyanins pigment chemical properties and characteristics,the rapid qualitative test of synthetic pigment in red wine is studied.Experimental preparation of sodium carbonate,sodium hydroxide,and lead acetate,is used for the red wine pigment detection,which achievs satisfactory results.The method is simple,rapid,low cost,in detecting wine add pigment synthesis method.
