摘要
学科建设绩效评价在学科建设中的作用愈加明显,本研究以系统论为理论基础,构建了地方高校学科建设绩效评价的指标体系,指标体系包括学科队伍、科研项目、科研成果、学科平台、学科交流、学科进步6个一级指标和教授、博士等共22个二级指标.应用层次分析法确定各级指标的权重,并通过了一致性检验.
Performance Evaluation of Subject Construction is more and more important,Indicator System of Performance Evaluation of Subject Construction of Local University based on System Theory is constructed.Indicator System consists of six first grade Indicator and twenty-two second grade Indicator;the six first grade indicator are Academic team,research project,research achievement,subject platform,subject communication and subject development;the twenty-two second grade indicator are number of professor,number of doctor etc.Weight of indicator are calculated by analytic hierarchy process;and consistency test is passed.
