气候与环境试验设备是十分重要的实验室设备之一,文章分类介绍了最新国家标准草案系列气候与环境试验设备的基本类别、范围、试验以及与GB 4793.1的通用要求对照相比,设备在标志与文件,电击或电灼伤,机械危险,火焰从设备内向外蔓延,过高温,液体和液体压力的影响,辐射影响,包括激光源、声压力和超声压力,释放的气体、爆炸和内爆,化学和生物危险以及原器件等方面通常应考虑的特殊安全要求,他们将作为设备设计、制造、检验时确保产品安全性与可靠性的重要依据。该系列标准已经成功转化为IEC 61010-1-012国际标准新项目草案。
Climatic and environmental testing and conditioning equipment is one of the most important laboratory equipment. The classification of the equipment included in the scope, safety aspects and their particular requirements for a series of updated GB standard drafts as compared to those specified in GB 4793.1, and the check of conformity are detailed, which includes marking and documentation, electric shock or burn, mechanical hazards, spread of fire from the equipment, excessive temperature, effects of fluids and fluid pressure, effects of radiation such as lasers sources, and sonic and ultrasonic pressure, liberated gases, explosion and implosion, chemical and biological hazards, and parts and components. These requirements should be used as basic rules for product safety and reliability during the process for designing, manufacturing and, inspecting and testing. These draft series has been successfully transferred and approved as New Work Item Proposal of IEC 61010-2-012.
