摘要
针对某地菱锰矿的特点,确定采用浸出—净化—电解—成品处理的工艺流程制备电解二氧化锰。各工序锰的直收率分别为:97.61%、98.42%、99.28%、99.62%,锰的总收率为95.01%。所得电解二氧化锰产品MnO2含量≥92%,符合出口产品及日本等国某些厂家的技术要求。
Aiming at the characteristics of the rhodochrosite ore,the technological flowsheet of“leaching-purification-electrolysis-finishing treatment of product”for production of electrolytic manganese dioxide was developed. The recoveries of manganese in different process steps above mentioned are 97.61%,98.42%,99.28% and 99.62% respectively,and overall recovery of manganese is 95.01%. The manganese dioxide product obtained can be satified technical requirements for export products.
