电热回转窑是有色冶金、化工行业用于焙烧金属氧化物或化工产品的重要设备。因无标准设备选型,设计人员应用相关的理论知识,确定设备的各性能参数,并进行主要性能参数的核算,完成500 mm×6 000 mm电热回转窑施工图设计,并通过试车验收,投入生产实践。

The electric rotary kiln is a key equipment for calcining metallic oxide and chemical product in nonferrous metallurgy and chemical industry.Due to there is no standard for plant model selection,the designer should apply the relevant theoretical knowledge,think deeply,determine all the key parameters of the equipment,and proceed the check computation of all parameters,to accomplish the design of working drawing of φ500 mm × 6 000 mm electric rotary kiln,and to pass the commissioning and acceptance,then to put into production at the end.
