摘要
概述了作为组织工程用骨修复的HA/高分子支架、HA基涂层支架、HA基多相支架、HA基生物杂化骨支架等HA基骨支架复合材料的研究现状,并指出模拟天然骨径向梯度结构,制备出多孔结构的HA增强相与可降解材料复合的多相复合材料,是组织工程用HA基骨支架材料的发展趋势。
Bone replacement and graft biomaterials based on tissue engineering,such as HA/Macromolecule,HA coated biomaterials,HA multiphase composite,and HA bioactive composites are reviewed.It is pointed out that the degradable HA phase strengthening bone scaffold biomaterials with porous,bioactive,and bionic simulating natural bone form are the trend in tissue engineering in the future.
