经皮逆行绞锁髓内钉联合阻挡螺钉技术治疗股骨下1/3骨折
摘要
经皮逆行绞锁髓内钉治疗股骨下1/3骨折的技术目前已在临床被广泛应用和肯定.但由于股骨下1/3髓腔逐渐宽大,易出现因髓内钉偏离轴线而致骨折成角畸形或因股骨下1/3骨皮质少而薄而致骨折端稳定较差[1],其结果使该技术在临床应用中受到了一定程度的限制.2008年1月至2010年11月采用经皮逆行绞锁髓内钉联合阻挡螺钉技术治疗沈阳军区总医院81例股骨下1/3骨折的患者资料进行了回顾性研究,现报道如下.
